Contracting of services

The contracting of our services is done through the signing of a service provision contract or by accepting our general conditions on the payment platform. Payment method

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current European Union regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of entering into the contract.

If the customer withdraws within the established deadlines, the full amount paid will be refunded, without penalty, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice.

Refunds

In the event that the service has already begun to be provided and the client withdraws after the start of the execution of the service, FIRUSUB has the right to charge a proportional part for the services already provided up to that point.

Cancellation of services

If the client wishes to cancel a contracted service, he must notify FIRUSUB through the contact means provided on the website. Depending on the status of the service at the time of cancellation, a cancellation fee may be applied as established in the specific conditions of each service.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, there are certain exceptions to the right of withdrawal, such as in the case of services that have been fully executed with the prior consent of the client or digital training services that have begun with access to the content before the end of the withdrawal period.
